- PHD in Educational Management (in progress), Master of English Language and Literature, participant of International School’s operation and management workshop of Peking University, holds high school teaching qualification and university teaching qualification
- Act as the guest speaker of many international education conferences, such as RAISE, BEED Asia, CERB, etc., lecturer of NAPIS Internationalized Curriculum Operation and Management Class and Peking University’s Parent-School Co-Education Workshop, and has been interviewed by Tencent, Sina Education, babazhenbang for a number of times
- 18 years of experience in the field of education, has been engaged in English teaching, teaching administration, college management, student management, curriculum development, academic management, overall school operation
- Founding principal of Shanghai Adcote School and the academic principal of Shanghai campus, Ulink Education Group.
